A man received a phone call from a political group representing Obama, and Carnival Cruise lines in a survey asking me who he was voting for, etc. They dangled a 2 day cruise in front of him for free but then said he must pay for travel to get to Florida. That is understandable, but when he said he didn’t have a way to get there, he mocked the man for being in a wheelchair and suggested “he just wheel himself there from Texas” or “get someone to push him in a wheelchair to Florida.” Very hurtful, and not very funny. Pathetic.
